Our valued customer in Taiwan owned an older model of the JLG 860SJ aerial work platform, originally fitted with 15-625 industrial tires. As the customer sought to enhance the performance and longevity of their equipment, they decided to upgrade to 18-625 foam-filled tires for better durability and operational efficiency.

This upgrade posed some technical challenges, as the vehicle's wheel system was not initially designed for larger tire models. After performing a detailed data comparison to assess compatibility between the vehicle and the new tire size, we adjusted the vehicle’s wheel hub configuration to ensure that the 18-625 industrial foam-filled tires could be installed seamlessly.
